How Do I Know that My Order Has Been Confirmed ?
A. A confirmation mail will be sent to your email address.
When will I receive my order?
A. You will receive an email with the shipping details once we ship the product from our warehouse. The email will have a tracking link to track your shipment.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
A. Firstly, sorry If you did receive a defective product. We do multiple quality checks at our end before we dispatch. However, some products may get damaged during transit and in this case we would be happy to offer a replacement for the product or a refund for the same based on your preference. In such cases, please do email us on info@altretail.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
